Ingredients
Quick and Delicious Jerk Chicken
- 6 pieces of skin on chicken thighs and legs.
- Gray’s Jerk Authentic Jamaican Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- Scotch bonnet (optional if you want an extra kick!)
Recipe Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (please add the sign) or ideally over a hot BBQ!
Add your sauce and crushed garlic to your chicken, give is a good rub into the meat and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Add the scotch bonnet pepper if you want an extra kick!
Pace the chicken on an oven tray and cook for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Season to taste.
Serve with rice and peas, salad and coleslaw or with a fresh salad and enjoy!
