Serves 2
- 2 skinless chicken breasts diced
- 4 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons of Gray’s Authentic Jamaican Meat & Fish sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
Add your diced chicken breast to a bowl and add all of your dry and wet seasonings and mix well. Leave the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to a pan to a medium high heat and add the chicken once the pan is hot. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice, or salad as in a wrap for an amazing lunch or dinner.
This recipe is also incredible with prawns or salmon fillet. Enjoy!
